Fees
The legal services we provide vary in kind, complexity and the language used in the documentation. Long-term clients receive a favourable monthly flat rate.
If not agreed otherwise, the fee for the legal services and advice is 3.000 CZK plus VAT per hour.
If a fee is not agreed, extra-contractual remuneration is set by the Attorney’s Fees (Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Col., on Remuneration and Reimbursement of Attorneys at law for the provision of Legal Services (Attorney’s Fees), as amended).
